How do I find my size?
- Our size guides are available on each product page, under the "Size Guide" section. We recommend measuring yourself according to our size chart to find your best fit. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact our customer service team. We recommend ordering above size if unsure please.
What is your return/exchange policy?
- We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items that are unused, unworn, and with original tags.
How can I track my order?
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on our carrier’s website.
Do you offer free shipping?
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $60 for a limited time only. For orders under $60, shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional cost.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
- Unfortunately, once an order is placed and confirmed, we cannot make changes. If you need to make adjustments, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Can I use multiple discount codes on my order?
- Only one discount code can be applied per order. Please ensure you’re using the code that gives you the best discount at checkout.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
- Product availability is shown on the product page. If an item is out of stock, you may be able to sign up for an email notification to be alerted when the item is back in stock.
Do you have a physical store?
- Currently, we operate solely online, but you can shop with us 24/7 through our website. Check back for any announcements about physical store locations.
